SHAWN ANDERSON

Shawn has spent 15+ years in the labor and staffing industry working with established national companies as well as new start-ups. Shawn’s boundless energy and engaging personality have been crucial to Complete Labor and Staffing’s quick growth. Shawn’s primary focus is developing new markets and getting new branches off to a fast start.

DEREK HEATH

PARTNER

Derek’s prior experience includes a number of years helping to develop a new labor and staffing organization in the Las Vegas and Kansas City markets. Derek was pivotal in that company growing from 1 to 7 offices over a three year period. Derek also spent a number of years in the retail and wholesale trades. Derek is responsible for starting up new offices, performing the initial sales & marketing activities and hiring and managing the internal staff.

MIKE TROGLER

PARTNER

Mike has spent the bulk of his career in Sales into the construction and building marketplace. Mike was instrumental in growing the New England region of a large roofing supplier and became one of its top producers. Mike primarily focuses on sales growth of our operating branches and helping to establish new branches.

KEVIN RILEY

PARTNER

Kevin comes to Complete Labor and Staffing after working in senior management positions in large multi-national companies as well as smaller privately held manufacturing companies. Kevin brings broad experience in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal and Risk to the Complete Labor and Staffing team. Kevin’s primary role is to manage the financial and treasury operations of the company as well as risk management and human resources.
